Terms of Service

CRKL is a privacy-first social utility built around private Circles. By creating an account you agree to the following.

Accounts

You must pick the account type that matches you: Child (15 and under), Adult (16+), or Business. Account type cannot be changed after registration. Child accounts require approval from a parent or guardian before they become active.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; do not attempt to access Circles, messages, or accounts that are not yours; do not use CRKL to harvest data or contact users who have not permitted it.

Content

You keep ownership of what you post. Circle content is visible only to accepted members of that Circle. Business accounts are publicly labelled and must not impersonate personal accounts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your personal data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
